Under the moonlight
Posted by Rui (Leiria, Portugal) on 27 January 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.
This is a strange photo.
You may not believe, but this is still from the night session, I have shown last week (was taken aprox. 0.30 am). This really seems a daylight shot.
The explanation is simple. The night was very bright. The moon was full and in the perigee (the closest point in its orbit to Earth). We were exposed to some close light pollution, so I think that these colors were due to this factor, so the camera captured all the light in the surroundings, during the 3 min and a half.
Thanks a lot for all the comments. They all mean a lot to me.
Constructive criticism is always welcome.
